The Southview Way
Welcome to Southview! I am Principal Christine Evans.
At Southview, we are committed to high levels of learning for every child, in every classroom, every day! Students participate in individualized instruction through Reader’s and Writer’s Workshop, Word Study, and Mathematics, as well as ongoing and integrated learning through Art, Music, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education and Health, Library Media, and Technology.
It is so exciting to see the relationships between students and their teachers and between students and their classmates. We are building 21st century learners. Students are becoming communicators of their thinking, learning, and understanding.
I am the principal at Southview because I believe in kids. I believe in our school and the great work we do every day to support children as they grow to become amazing leaders for our future. We are on an exciting journey at Southview and I am thrilled to be leading us through our critical next steps. We can make a deep and genuine difference in the lives of our students and our community. It is a privilege and an honor to be the leader of learning at Southview Elementary.
